Q: Too Poor Customer Servicing

Since today morning I have been facing the freezing issue with my phone. THe phone freezed and refused to respond. I restarted the phone N number of times, But in vain. I contacted customer srvice chat for this. But they were least interested in solving the issue. The first time Ms. shana didnt understnad my problem and transferred the chat to other lady rosemanda. It took 20 minutes for her to do this. Explanation given was the senior lady is understandg my issue. But when she came, she disconencted the chat saying we cannot keep this chat on hold for long. I again had to create a new session. same thing it was transferred to senior advisor Mr. james after 20 minutes. He kept sending me templates like the before lady. but no intention to solve the problem. My problem lies the same even after 2 hours of waitng on chat and no resolutin??

what is the solution to this let me know. Where can i complaint to the highest authroity i asked mr james, he is not ready to proide email id too. He says i am not ready to solve the issue. How can a person who is aggreived will not want to solve the issue.

I am highly frustrated and i need resolution plus email id of highest authrity in apple. Please help.
