Q: I can receive email on my official email id but not able to send mail from my official email id

hhello dear friends,

i am using iPhone 6 Plus 64gb with latest iOS 9.3.1 and iPhone 4 with iOS 7 . With both the phone problem is that I can receive email from my official I'd but can't send email . It says incorrect user ID or password though it's sending mail with android with same user ID and password. The mail is on imap settings.

please help

    Sending mail is done with the SMTP server. That is the outgoing mail server. Go into Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendar and check the particular account. Select the account and then check the settings for the SMTP server. You may need to delete and re-enter the username and password. Also, if you continue to have issues, delete the account and create it again. Check with your email provider to ensure you have all of the correct settings.
