Q: can't connect to network after upgrade to 9.3.1
I upgraded my iPod Touch 5th gen. to 9.3.1 and it 'lost' the network password. After many attempts of re-entering it, I told the iPod to 'forget' the network and tried again, and again ... Same result: "Incorrect password" - which it isn't, as I verified directly with the modem. Any suggestions?

Reset your network settings.
Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings
Reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
- Press and hold on the Home button
- Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
