Q: Mail app moves all CL and Kijiji responses to junk folder

I regularly sell stuff on both craigslist and kijiji and it's been moving the responses I get on my listings to the junk folder ever on my new macbook. I've unchecked "enable junk mail filtering" and it still winds up there. I've also left it checked  and checked "mark as junk mail, but leave it in my inbox" and the feature works for other certain pieces of mail I get but still automatically puts CL/kijiji into junk. I don't need any kind of junk mail filtering at all so I'd really just like to turn it off all together but if unchecking the "enable junk mail filtering" doesn't work I'm not sure what else to do about it.

Mac mini, OS X Mavericks (10.9), null

If you mean does it come in in that gold text that goes to inbox but says "Mail thinks this is junk" or something to that effect that doesn't happen with these. They go straight to junk and under the standard black text. Nothing to click that says "not junk?" or anything like that.

That means Mail is not marking it as junk, your ISP is.

    Uncheck this (in Mail)

How does time warner manage incoming mail not on their own email servers? I've also just tried a few google phrases as it seems like that would be a pretty widely discussed thing if that were happening. I also mentioned in the previous post that I did disable that all together and it still moves to junk. https://gyazo.com/66bdc6181c4303afa26767bb0307ac76

    YES !!!!

If you use Time Warner, then your incoming mail is on their email server. Why do you think it is not?

If it is not on their email server, how do they deliver it to you?

Is it an IMAP account? If so, Time Warner moves it to your Spam folder on their server before it ever gets to your Mac.
