Q: how to delete an app in icloud

How do I delete an app that is stored in Icloud on my iphone 6s?

A:

Do you mean apps that have a iCloud after them. If so fortunately they are not being stored in iCloud. The iCloud icon means you installed it, deleted it, and it's still available for downloading from the App Store.

iCloud only backs-up what's on your iPhone, it not like DropBox where it stores data. Once you delete it from your iPhone it's deleted from your back-up.

App(s) with a cloud icon cannot be deleted, it's there for you to re-download if needed.
What you can do is hide them.
