Q: New movie artwork not being downloaded

Im running iTunes 12.3.3.17 and have recently purchased 2 new movies in Spectre and Hunger Games, Both movies have downloaded ok but neither of them has any artwork. I have checked in the "get info" section of the movie and there appears to be no artwork there either. I could do a search and manually imports artwork but would like to know if other people are experiencing similar issues and how do i go about fixing it.

thanks

    Hi Ryan,

I understand you are missing artwork from your Spectre and Hunger Games movies that you purchased from the iTunes Store.  My first thought is that perhaps the downloads didn't complete.  If they did, you can redownload them to see if the artwork appears.  If the issue persists, contact the iTunes Store Support Team so that they can check the files.

    Resume interrupted iTunes Store downloads

Restart a download on a Mac.

    1. Open iTunes.
    2. Mac: From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose Store > Check for Available Downloads.
If prompted, enter your Apple ID and password.

If you still can't restart your downloads, get more help.

    Download your past purchases

Redownload a movie, TV show, or music video

You can only redownload a movie, TV show, or music video that you bought from the iTunes Store. Rented movies are not available for redownload.

You can redownload movies, TV shows, and music videos on your iPhone or iPod touch, iPad, Mac or PC. You can watch previously purchased movies, TV shows, or music videos on your Apple TV, but they don't download to the device.

    On a Mac or PC

    1. Open iTunes.
    2. Click Sign In, and then enter your Apple ID and password.
      iTunes sign in
    3. Click your name and select Purchased from the menu.
      iTunes purchased menu
    4. From the upper-right corner of the screen, click Movies or TV Shows.
    5. Click "Not in My Library" to view purchased content that isn't on your computer. Scroll to find the item that you want to download.
      not in my library movies
    6. Click the Download icon  in the upper-right corner of the item that you want to download. Your item downloads to your library.

If you still have issues with this purchase, contact the iTunes Store Support Team.
Report a problem with an item purchased from the iTunes Store, App Store, Mac App Store, or iBooks Store

    Take care,
