How do I manage devices that are associated with my ITunes account? I go into manage devices on my Itunes account and none of the devices are highlighted.

They have to have on the devices the same Apple ID as your iTunes account.
In iTunes in the Cloud section > click Manage Devices
Click the Remove button in the device list.
