Q: I had to change Apple ID because of a new internet provider and subsequent new e-mail address.  Both my iPhone and iPad continually request the password for my old user ID.  It is password I know longer know or have on record.  What to do?

I had to change Apple ID because of a new internet provider and subsequent new e-mail address.  My iPhone (5c/9.3) continually requests the password for my old user ID.  It is password I know longer know or have on record.  How do I get the iPhone to recognize and use the new Apple ID rather than the old one?
