If it's Activation Lock, there is no way to bypass.

This is user to user forum. You are not addressing to Apple here. There is no way to bypass the activation lock.

If it is second hand device you need to contact the seller and ask him to remove this iPhone from his list of devices. Otherwise, your iPhone will be a useless brick.

Which means you're not the original owner. Give it back to where you bought it.

If you have the original receipt from Apple then make an appointment with them.

I Also have the same situation as you but they did  call me back for like 2 months and I call them it is their voice message

Sorry, the Apple ID & password does not changed itself.

The person who sold you the iPad had his/her Apple ID on it and by doing a restore this same Apple ID came back.

That person has to help you, we cannot do that, we are not "Isabel Funez".

If you have the original Apple receipt then make a genius bar appointment with Apple.

If you don't know it yet, this is a user to user technical forum, no Apple employees here.
