Q: I have no way to connect my iPhone to a wifi network or computer

i want to update my software to my iPhone 4 and also be able to use backup on iCloud and i can't because it say you need either wifi or hook phone to a computer but I do not have access to either one. What do I do? I want to be able to use my iCloud so I can see all my files and thing.

iPhone 4, iOS 9.2.1

You need internet for iCloud so you will have to connect somehow to the internet. Also, the iPhone 4 does not support iOS 9. Only the iPhone 4s and up!!!!!!!!!!

The plain facts are that yes, you need a wifi connection for over the air iOS updates. There is no workaround for that. There are two, and only two, supported ways to update iOS: over the air on a wifi connection or via iTunes and a computer connection.
