Q: APPLE Support does not recognize the serial number on my product
Apole Support recognizes the serial number on my MacBook Pro for the purpose of identifying all of my Apple Devices and associating them with my Apple ID. But when I try to Contact Support (because I've tried all the diagnostics I can do by myself), it says it doesn't recognize the serial number. I am getting this serial number off the surface of the product itself. How do I get through to Support to get a call with an expert given this difficulty?
