Q: tvOS 9.2 can't be installed on my apple tv. Please help.

Hi. Since the tvOS 9.2 was released, I've been trying to install it on my new apple tv but after downloading, the error "the update was not successful" appears. What should I do??? I really need this version of tvOS. Please help me.

If it were me, I would do a restart: How to restart your Apple TV - Apple Support then try software update one last time.  At that point, I would attempt a restore: Restore your Apple TV to its factory settings - Apple Support.

If unsuccessful, you are left with a restore via iTunes which requires a special cable or take it to an Apple Store and have them do it.
