What do you have (software with versions), what exactly did you do to "re-organize" your library? what are your iCloud settings in the system preferences, in the Photos preferences (and what is the status there) and on each IOS device (settings and status)?

Apr 7, 2016 11:06 AM in response to LarryHNby suyucreativo,Hi there, thanks for the support, lets see:
-latest Maverick update
-I used a speeding up software and deleted by mistake crucial files and the thumbnails where all wrong so I deleted all the photos and reloaded them again and deleted-renamed some of the albums.
-settings on my iphone and ipad are the same (I use the icloud photo library) and the two devices along with the icloud library display the same content but is not the updated content that is in my mac mini
-my photo app in the mac mini states that it must update 17000 photos, but there is no progress is has displayed that claim for the last week
Help me out

Apr 7, 2016 12:33 PM in response to suyucreativoby LarryHN,Houston we have a problem
there is no way no use iCloud Photo Library with Maverick (OS X 10.9.x) - ICPL requires Yosemite or El Captain (OS X 10.10.x or newer) so there is no exception that changes on the Mac will show in ICPL - only changes made on devices using ICPL will show there
and again you have to provide details - what Speed Up software did you run (note that in general these are just Rip offs and are Malwear)
And What version of the OS and of iPhoto
So your post is confusing

Apr 7, 2016 1:12 PM in response to suyucreativoby LarryHN,Ok - now that we have the software correct
is the program iSpeedUp? As you found programs like that are very dangerous and often cause problems - I suggest you stay from it and any similar programs
How many photos do the IOS devices show you have?
And if the iCloud Photo Library what you would like on your Mac? If it is you can create a new library, set it as the system library and let your ICPL download to the Mac
Once it is downloaded and intact you can then do any organization you want to do

Apr 7, 2016 2:16 PM in response to suyucreativoby LarryHN,Hard to say since there are so many variables
try this
In the Mac System preferences log out of iCloud and in the Photos preferences uncheck all iCLoud options - shut down your Mac adn reboot and then log into iCLoud using the same Apple ID as the IOS devices and turn ICPL on in the Photos preferences and give it a few days with the computer on, not going to sleep and a good internet connection - hopefully that will kick off a sync
