Q: Touch Problm

I touch some part of the screen, it does not respond. This problem happens in Chat much significant when I touch the alphabet on the right side of the screen. or And even when I try to touch N, H and U the screen does not respond !

I figured out that there is a Verticle line in the middle of my screen which does not respond (the Verticle line starts from the Top to Bottom of screen)

What should I do to fix it ?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.1

Hi AshifKhan,

I understand that you are having issues with using your iPhone as you have some area's not responding to touch. The best thing to do is make sure the screen is clean and clear of anything that possibly could be causing that section to not detect that you are touching it. If it all looks good and you have restarted your device, then your only other option would be to contact Apple Support for further assistance. Take a look at the article below for more details.
