Welcome to the Apple Support Communities! I'm sorry to hear that you are having these issues with your iPad. I'm a bit unclear from your description if the obscured Apple ID listed corresponds to your current Apple ID, but based on what you are seeing it sounds like your iPad may be Activation Locked.
