Q: System Preference crash when I hit shortcuts in Keyboard section

My OSX version is 10.9.2. System Preference is very OK when the OSX was Mountain Lion, however it crashed in Mavericks. The things always happen when I hit the "Shortcuts" tab in Keyboard section. And I try some ways to solved without seccesses like deleteing " com.apple.systempreferences.plist " file in "~/Library/Preferences" folder. Someone can help me ?
