Q: Help!!  Downgrade storage to free plan is impossible.  The "done" button is greyed out.

I am following the downgrade instructions for reducing the storage plan on an iPhone 6s.  The "done" button is greyed out.  There is no way to downgrade after selecting the free plan.  is there a work around?

    Have you restarted your phone?  Home button and sleep/wake button together for 7-10 seconds until you see the Apple logo.

     

     

     

    Do you have a Mac or Windows PC (with iCloud control panel)? You can manage storage from there as well.
