Thank you for participating in the Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like you use your Apple ID to sign in to your Mac user account and you're not able to sign in after changing your Apple ID email address.
If so, try using the methods in Change or reset the password of an OS X user account to reset the account password on your Mac.
