Q: Need to remove historical bluetooth connections
Hi everybody. I work in the automotive industry. In my company we build radios for several customers (VW, GM, Chrysler, Honda, etc). One of the validation process involves the use of iPods to verify bluetooth capabilities of radio. We provide iPods touch 5th Gen to operators to complete the pairing with the radio under test. Everything OK so far.
We noticed that after some hours of production, iPods started to struggle to complete the Bluetooth pair. Going to Settings -> Bluetooth -> ON, we noticed dozens and dozens of historical bluetooth connections. These correspond to the actual radios being tested.
We have been restoring iPods with a previous backed up image, in order to "clean" all the list of paired devices. In fact, this has been the only way since manually "unpairing" every single connections would take lot of time.
I tried Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings to see if all historical BT devices go away, but seems that this function applies only to wifi connections.
Is there another way to "quickly" remove all historical bluetooth connections without to connect to a PC and completely restore an image...?
Thanks
iPod touch, iOS 9.3.1

Based on that, then only restoring to factory settings/new iPod will eliminate them.
Restoring from backup will not.
