Apr 12, 2016 1:40 AM in response to thunderzzzby Dragan56,Yes, the unit was purchased 11.5 / 2012 in Miami, and everything was great and sometime during the five months I shut it off, and when I wanted again to initiate power-up asked me the activation, I entered my ID and pasword but there was no chance, several times I reset the ID or unsuccessfully always turns me off when activating

Apr 12, 2016 1:43 AM in response to Dragan56by thunderzzz,Are you sure you are entering correct id? Are you the original owner of the device? What happens when you enter id? Is telling you the id is incorrect? Did this issue occur after the iOS update?

If you are sure that you are the only owner of this device take your iPad to the Apple Store together with documents confirming the ownership. It seems the only solution in such case. Good luck.
