Q: while on phone call the "audio" option does not show only the "speaker" option, so how do I use an external bluetooth speaker for conference calls?

I am trying to use a Bluetooth speaker for a conference call but the speaker will output all other audio except a phone call.  The Apple help article shows there is an "audio" option while on a call (to choose the speaker) but even with the latest updates on an Iphone 6 I still only see the "speaker" option. I have tried the airplay with no luck.  What am I missing?

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.1

    Hello there, pepsico.

It sounds like you're not seeing the option to transfer cellular phone calls to your bluetooth speaker. The following Knowledge Base article provides some great information to review in regards to Bluetooth and your iOS device:

Set up and use third-party Bluetooth accessories

Play audio to a Bluetooth accessory

If you want to play audio to a Bluetooth accessory, you'll need to select the accessory.

You can do this by using the AirPlay option in Control Center. While on a call you can tap audio and select the device that you want to use.

Additionally you can review what profiles are supported by your device and verify what profile your speaker is using to see what features might be available:

    iOS: Supported Bluetooth profiles

    Kind Regards.
