Q: how could i turn on air drop on IOS 9.3.1 , apple 5

Dear Sir

in order to turn on air drop on apple 5 , I've been notified that I should switch it on on control center .

but when I checked the control center on setting , it wasn't found any item  for air drop except these 2 items :

1- access on lock screen

2- access whiten apps

even when i chose pics for air drop , I can't send them .

would you please tell me how I can turn on air drop on my iPhone in order to move pics from IOS to MAC and vise versa .
