Q: after installing windows 10, i can't use apple wireless key board and magic mouse. any solution
I am facing strange situation. I was using Win7 on BootCamp. Last week tried to upgrade to Win10. After perfect upgrade, I coudn't connect to wifi or wired internet. called Apple support, Windows support, nobody could help. Downgraded to Win7, after downgrade, apple wireless key board and magic mouse won't work. Called Apple Support, after almost 90 minutes of interaction with them, result ZERO, no solution. Apple Support told me that an Apple Engineer will call me at my appointed time. A call came but nobody answered.
So, today did a clean install of Win10 thru BootCamp. Everything is fine BUT I still can't use apple wireless key board and magic mouse. Can anybody help me with this situation? Apple & Microsoft Support Engineers have failed to help me out. Thanks in advance.

This was the solution I followed, suggested by rottenappleton in 2012. quoting again so that it might help other needy. I wasted 4 days discussing with Apple and Windoes support without a solution.
Here is something bluetoothy that should cure many of the wireless problems in Bootcamp.
1. Device Manager - Bluetooth radios - Apple built in Bluetooth - Properties - Driver - Update driver - Browse from computer - Let me pick from a list.
Pick Apple. Update.
Still in the Apple Built in Bluetooth go to - Power Management. Don't allow the computer to turn off device to save power. If you do the result is a sleepy device. Ok. Restart computer.
2. Right click bluetooth icon - Open settings - Options
Allow Bluetooth devices to find your computer. Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer.
3. Right click bluetooth icon - Add a device
4. Turn on your mouse or whatever bluetooth device you want to connect.
5. Right click the device you want to add - properties
Wait for the Bluetooth services list to update and from the list choose Drivers for..(HID). Apply. Ok.
