I understand that you're having trouble sending MMS messages (photos, etc, via the Messages app) to non-iPhone users. The steps outlined below can help restore your ability to successfully send MMS messages from your device.
If your messages aren't sending, or you aren't getting messages
Check your contact information:
- Make sure that you're using the right phone number or email address for the contact.
- Go to Settings > Messages > Blocked and make sure that the contact isn't on your block list.
If messages won't send to a certain person or you need help with group messages
Sometimes your messages won't send to a particular contact, or you might have issues with group messages. For example, you might reply to a group conversation and receive your own message. Or you might get a new phone number and see your old one listed as a recipient in an existing group conversation.
Delete the conversation* that has the issue and start a new conversation:
- Open Messages and look at your list of conversations.
- Swipe from right to left on the conversation you want to delete. Then tap Delete.
- Open Messages, tap
, and enter the phone number or email address of your contact or contacts. - Write a new message and tap send.
*When you delete a conversation, you won’t be able to recover it. If you want to save parts of conversations or their attachments, you can take screenshots. You can also touch and hold an attachment or message bubble, then tap More > Save.
Restart your device and check for updates
- Restart your device.
- Check for a carrier settings update.
- Check for an iOS software update.
Sincerely

Mar 30, 2016 12:47 PM in response to Stormie01by katchensw,Same here and we are NOT the only ones. Any photos already in my phone prior to the stupid upgrade to 9.3 will not attach in email nor iMessage/text to send to anyone. The only time I can inset a picture is when the picture was taken after the upgrade to 9.3. This issue is definitely related to the upgrade because I had ZERO problems prior to the upgrade.

Apr 12, 2016 2:45 PM in response to katchenswby lesleekat,I notice Apple doesn't have a response to this. I also agree with this. I cannot email or text pictures taken prior to the updates. Also any pictures and videos take forever to "load" they have a white circle showing the time until they are available for you to essentially do nothing with. Because I cannot send them anywhere. I have checked all my MMS and iMessaging settings. That is not the issue. The update is the issue. There needs to be a fix put out.
