Q: Lost password - HELP...
Hello everyone,
Several years ago I subscribed to a Family Pack with 5 e-mail adresses and login to iTunes etc.,, things have changed since but my wife was still able to use her e-mail adress and iTunes login until february The 15th when she tried to go on iTunes and was informed that her password was not right !..after a few attempts she clicked on the "lost password" button as she was informed that her account is locked. It then ask if you want to retrieve a new password either by email (not possible because she can't access her email as well because of this) or by answering questions. First question is her birthday date, but when she enters it it says it is wrong!! I tried with my birthday date as I am the one who bought this family pack but it is also wrong !!!
Now she is completely blocked and does not know what to do to access her iTunes, emails, music and so on...
Is there another way to get a new password and access all her accounts again? She really is ennoyed a lot and has a lot of problems because of this situation. Any help will be highly appreciated and I hope someone can "save" her.

If you are truly locked out of the account then only Apple can unlock it. I remember some posting a detailed description of verification information requested to they can make sure she truly is the account owner.

If none of the above work, contact iTunes Support at http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact/ and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.
