Q: Ipod Nano 6th Generation not identified in Itunes
I love my ipod nano 6th generation. I know its an older ipod but it still connected well on any device with any version of itunes. Now when i connect my ipod to my pc (with win 10, itunes 12 version) and when itunes loads, an error comes up saying that my ipod is detected but not properly identified. I tried uninstalling and installing itunes and updating itunes and the error continues to come up when I connect my Ipod. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
iPod nano, Windows 8

If you have already tried uninstalling iTunes, you probably did not completely uninstall iTunes and related software components. Follow this procedure from Apple to remove iTunes and its listed components, precisely in the described order.
Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later - Apple Support
Then download and install the latest version of iTunes
