Q: Connecting Scanner to Extreme

Can I plug the USB from my Canon Canoscan 9000F scanner into the extreme so I can print or scan from my MacBookAir via my WiFi?

    Unfortunately, only the print function will work at the USB port of the AirPort routers.....IF.....you have a compatible printer.

     

    Advanced features like Copy, Scan, Fax, Maintenance, etc are not supported on the AirPort routers on either All-in-One devices or stand alone products.
