Q: iphone to outlook icloud synch not working

Today I changed Outlook to IMAP instead of POP3 to access my time warner email.    I set up the new email, moved my messages from the pop3 account to the imap account, and mail on the iPhone now synchs with Outlook exactly like I would expect.

However, I synch my outlook calendar and contacts through the Icloud.  Now when I add a new calendar event or contact on outlook, it synchs fine to my iPhone.  However, when I add/delete calendar events or contacts on my iPhone it does not synch back up with Outlook.

I have hunted around and can't find any help on this - so any help about what I need to change to get the iPhone updates for calendar and contacts to synch back to Outlook would be appreciated.
