My last one (an iPhoto order in the USE) was in a cellophane envelop inside a white card board sleeve inside a brown corrugated box
Attractive - I thought so - but not an expensive gift box
And if you really are running OS X 10.8.2 as you state it does not matter since you can not order an Apple Photo Book anymore - Effective 4/1/2016 only Photos (OS X 10.10.x and newer) is supported for print product orders
