Q: My 2007 Microsoft Outlook Calendar isn't syncing to my i6s plus, most recent update is IOS 9.3.1

My calendar is not syncing when connected via USB cable or through WiFi with my Outlook Calendar.

iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 9.3.1, Microsoft Enterprise Outlook 2007
