Q: Shared Calendar events not syncing updates after 9.3.1 upgrade
I have a family calendar that worked fine until the 9.3.1 upgrade. If I create new calendar events, that still works fine.
What doesn't work any more is updating family events. The problem appears to be on the phones *receiving* the update.
Specifics:
- Event is created and synced to all phones. Works.
- Event is updated (changed time or date) on one phone.
- The event shows as updated on the phone where the update was made.
- The event shows as updated in iCloud.com
- All other phones receive the update notification in their Calendar Inbox. *However*, the event doesn't actually get updated in the phone's Calendar. The event still shows the old time/date.
- Forcing a refresh of the Calendar (pull down and release) doesn't fix it.
- Force quitting and restarting the Calendar App doesn't fix it.
- Rebooting the phone doesn't fix it.
There does not appear to be any way to force the Calendar to pick up the updated event record.
I've experienced this bug twice in the last two days, going opposite directions between two phones, so it's not specific to a single phone.
It's a bug.
Please fix.
