Q: when I sync with outlook not all recent calendar items appear

Can't get iTunes to transfer all my calendar items to iPhone 5; running Windows 10; Outlook 2010. Contacts transfer fine. Emails download with no problem.

Most of calendar entries will transfer, but not all of the items transfer even on the same day. I've tried deleting calendar off of iPhone and using "Replace information on this iPhone" when I sync to no avail. I've deleted my email account and re-entered it. I have reloaded iTunes twice. I ran Microsoft's "repair" program on Outlook. What can I be missing?

iPhone 5, iOS 9.3.1
