Q: Cannot order book: Store not available

Finished a book, cannot order it. Immediate reply: Store under maintenance, cannot order, will soon be back.

For two weeks now.

Seems that the server cannot be reached, linked to, connected from my router. UPC Cablecom.

Tried to open all gates, still not possible. Re started Router several times, computer too.

Tried with alternative network, using hotspot of my iPhone. Same response.

Apple does not want to accept my 100 bucks...

Any other experiences?

Mac Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

    What version of Photos?

And what version of the OS (you state OS X 10.9.5 but Photos where you posted is not available with that OS)?

If you are really using iPhoto and OS X 10.9.5 and just posted in the incorrect forum then you can not order print products from Apple anymore as they discontinued that support 3/31/2016

PrestoPhoto says they can print iPhoto books - I have not tried them and no one has posted clear results here yet

If you are using Photos for Mac on El Capitan, check, if the Print Products Store in the Photos Preferences > General is set to the correct country. For this service to be available, the selected country and the time zone in System Preferences > Date and Time need to be correct.

Sorry, it is Yosemite, 10.10., of course...

    But not yet Capitan.

Yes, I found that in other threads and my country is correct.

Now I even started system in safe mode (support told me that maybe another software is interfering with the connection), store still not open, so to say.

Sometimes a firewall or antivirus software is blocking the connection to the print products store, for example Kaspersky.  Are you using any such software?
