I understand you're not receiving email on your iPhone, but you still are on your iPad. If the account is configured as an IMAP, or if t's a POP account settings are configured for multiple devices, then the emails exist on your mail server. You can confirm this by logging in to your webmail. For troubleshooting the issue of not being able to receive email on your iPhone please follow through the steps in the link below.
