Q: Iphone 6S will not ring on incoming calls.

Apr 15, 2016 1:11 PMby KiltedTim,When the phone is unlocked, do you see a ring / silent indicator on the screen when you flip the mute switch on the side of the phone? If not, it may be physically bad. Make an appointment at the genius bar.
Have you tried rebooting the phone at all? Have you actually checked the ringer volume in settings?

Apr 15, 2016 1:22 PMby catmandu1,I think I may have found the problem......I turned "Hey Siri" off and now the phone rings! Siri is still on however.
I wondered too about the physical mute switch but it seems to be doing its job and the volume controls seem to be working as well (which is a good thing because I am pretty deaf).
