Q: Starkey Halo 2, iPhone 6s, and Honda Handsfree Link?
I'm a new user of Starkey Halo 2 i2400s (like them!) with iOS 9.3.1. I have had a problem with the link dropping between the HAs and the phone. When it drops, I cannot get alerts in my HAs or stream content to the HAs, and phone audio will not go to the HAs, although iOS has selected "Sam's Hearing Aids" as the audio routing. I am not new to the joys of Bluetooth, and have really scrubbed my BT environment, eliminating any BT connections (goodbye keyboard, etc.). Now the BT link between phone and HAs stays up, and TruLink (mostly) works.
But when I get in my car, the phone <> HA link is lost. The 2011 Honda Accord has BT Handsfree Link, and had been paired with my phone. I deleted that BT profile and every profile the car knew of, so the phone is not pairing with Handsfree Link, but it still breaks the phone <> HA link. When that happens, I can find no way to reestablish the link without telling iOS to forget the devices, rebooting the HAs, and re-pairing.
Does this sound familiar?
Thanks!

Hello samuel_wilson,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
If I understand your post correctly whenever you are in your car that you've previously paired with your iPhone via bluetooth, it is then disconnecting your hearing aids. I suggest that you reset the network settings on your iPhone in order to get this issue resolved.
Reset iPhone. Go to Settings > General > Reset, then choose an option:
Reset Network Settings: When you reset network settings, previously used networks and VPN settings that weren’t installed by a configuration profile are removed. (To remove VPN settings installed by a configuration profile, go to Settings > General > Profile, select the profile, then tap Remove. This also removes other settings or accounts provided by the profile.) Wi-Fi is turned off and then back on, disconnecting you from any network you’re on. The Wi-Fi and “Ask to Join Networks” settings remain turned on.
Take care.
