iPod

Q: iTunes sync photos page looks corrupted

I can't sync photos or videos to my iPod because the page looks like this:

Please help me...

All the others (tv shows, movies, books, etc) are fine except the photos.

iPod touch, iOS 9.3.1

If a PC try:
Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later
If a Mac what OSX version?
