Q: Apple Watch Activity App
My wife is a new user and today after a 10 minute workout on an exercise bike (indoor cycle) forgot to exit and it was 3 hours 16 minutes before it was turned off.
As a result it recorded 3335 active kilojoules in lieu of about 210.
Is there anyway to delete this workout, or at least edit it?
Also is there any way to be able to view a summary of the various activities over a longer period, like the 12 months (almost) that I have been using my watch? I can get this from Pacer but how to get from watch?
Both watches are running latest software.

Hi John
It is not possible to edit workouts via the Activity app or Workout app on your wife's watch.
Health and fitness data from Apple Watch, iPhone and any other sources is instead aggregated and managed via the Health app on her paired iPhone.
To delete the workout:
- On your wife's iPhone, in the Health app (icon: red heart on a white background), go to: Health Data (tab) > Fitness > Workouts > Show All Data > swipe left on a workout and then tap on Trash / Delete.
