This is a user-to-user forum. It's also extremely busy. What that means is that, if no one who knows the answer to your question sees it in a relatively short period of time, it may get bumped down by newer questions. Sometimes you may need to repost. Searching the forums may also lead you to some answers.

Frequently if no one answers (in addition to Meg's answer) it is because your question or issue was not described in a way that made it understandable. Try rewording it to make it clear what you are asking. For example, "My car doesn't run. What's wrong with it?" will likely get no answers, except possibly a request for more details.

I see Meg answered your question shortly after answering here. (Yeah Meg!)  May I offer a suggestion ? Always ask your question where it will get the most eyeballs. I would have asked the question in the iPhone Community, not Apple Music for IOS.

    I don't know, Bob . . .

    It made sense to me.

It makes sense and is probably the proper Forum for the question.  But16 hours past between when Wally posted his question in the Music for IOS Forum and minutes past from when Meg (iPhone) saw the question, looked at Wally's content, and went back to answer the question.

Had the question been asked in the iPhone Forum it would have been answered 24 hours ago.

Well, I have to agree with Bee - why is there an entire separate forum for the exact problem the OP had if s/he should not use it? Apple Music applies to more than one device - it just may not be as popular as the iPhone forum.

When you fine ladies and gentlemen work at answering questions - do you go into the particular fora? I just use the Content area and refresh it every 15 minutes or so - yes I have selected areas that I am comfortable answering questions about so that only questions pertaining to those areas show up - but was curious how some of the experts have set it up

You can agree with whoever you like but that doesn't change the facts. The OP had to post a second time to get an answer that could have taken minutes.

    16 hours versus 6 minutes.

With due respect... this is the same issue some have with "Why is there no iOS forum?" - so... Q: "Why is there an Apple Music forum?" - A: it is a "paying" service instead of FREE iOS?

I use the Using iPad Forum and the Using ASC Forum. I find Content interesting but usually I have have little to offer there.

I have certain forums I check as these are where my knowledge is; very rarely do I go to others. I don't refresh automatically - I have bookmarks in my toolbar and simply click on a certain forum while I usually have 3 - 4 tabs open (which will load a current fresh page). Here are a few:

I'd have moved to Using iPhone - simply because it was about how to "use their iPhone on a trip" - Apple Music just happened to be the service that may or may not require a Net connection - some games do, don't they?

Some games let you play off line then when you connect your score is uploaded. I'm pretty sure you'll get a Not Connected to Internet pop up on a regular basis though.
