iCloudHere is a support article that lists all of the places you need to update with a new or changed Apple ID:
What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support
Also, if you created a brand new Apple ID, then any apps that you purchased under the old ID will ask for the password to that old ID when they need to be updated. I have an old Apple ID that I have a few purchases on, and I have found that if I keep the passwords the same on the old and the new Apple IDs it makes the password requests for updates much easier since I type the same one in regardless of which Apple ID is asking for it.
Best of luck,
GB

You have to sign out all your previous Apple ID & password.
Note, if you have instead created a new Apple ID, you will have to use the old Apple ID & password to update your apps.
