Q: Why do I keep getting the message that a connection could not be found when I am connected to the internet?

I have a MacOS X Version 10.6.8 and have never had any trouble ordering ibooks from my iphotos. I continue to get a message "A connection could not be established at this time. Please ensure your network connection is active and try again." Please help, as I have a book created as a grandson gift that I spent quite a few hours creating!

Bad news, sorry.  Apple stopped the Print Products Service for iPhoto completely. Since the end of March you can no longer order books from Apple using iPhoto at all. iPhoto is no longer developed by Apple.

Create your books in Photos for Mac (only possible with MacOS X 10.103 or newer) or save your book as a PDF file and have it printed by some other service, for example Presto Photo can print iPhoto books.

Effective 4/1/2016 you can not order any print products from iPhoto - you can order from Presto Photos (I have no used them and no one has posted actual experience here) but their web site says they can print them and I assume that no cmplaints here means they do ok
