Q: Recently I have been having weaker cellular signals and trouble with phone calls.

My husband has an iphone 6, and I have the 6s. We live in the country and have not had issues with phone call connections in years. We don't have a landline. Recently, we have both been experiencing problems with our calls. People on the other line are constantly telling us we are fading out. Could this be caused by a recent upgrade?

    Unlikely - as it would seem to have affected both your phones per your comment

    I would talk to the carrier and maybe to others in the vicinity if they have the same carrier

    Also Settings - Carrier - see if there is a carrier update

    I wanted to say something about the SIM card but again the duality makes that presumption suspect

    Finally - you could ask the carrier if any work is being done on their towers

    Thanks, but it has been affecting both of our phones. At first, I thought it was just his, but mine has been doing the same thing lately. I had to move closer to the window to get good service.
