If that does not work Make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store, or go to another authorized service provider.

Hi Anmatu,
I understand your iPhone 5c can't activate even after you've reset it. I can understand how frustrating it can be when your iPhone isn't working right. I can even relate to this too after being in a situation like this before.
If you haven't already try force restarting your iPhone then see if your phone is still showing "Searching" or you're still having problems with iTunes. If you need instructions on how to force restart your iPhone, please refer to this support article from Apple: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
If you're still having problems, I'd recommend you also check out this support article from Apple: If you can't activate your iPhone - Apple Support. I know there are a lot of steps, and I would've explained them here but what I would've told you to do is everything you'll see in the articles I've referenced in this post. If the problem still persists, please don't hesitate to post back here.
I hope this helps you.
