Hi Anmatu,

I understand your iPhone 5c can't activate even after you've reset it. I can understand how frustrating it can be when your iPhone isn't working right. I can even relate to this too after being in a situation like this before.

If you haven't already try force restarting your iPhone then see if your phone is still showing "Searching" or you're still having problems with iTunes. I know there are a lot of steps, and I would've explained them here but what I would've told you to do is everything you'll see in the articles I've referenced in this post.
