Q: My Apple TV will not download apps any suggestions?

I would do a restart.  If that does not work, do a restore.

I am having this problem too, specifically with Disney Infinity.

It took a second restore, but everything on my end came back up. Thanks.

Just upgraded from older generation Apple TV to a new one. Downloading apps, seems to work only when I restart every time I get a new app or get more at once, so it´ll download maybe few and then Apple TV hangs. Then do a restart again and get the rest of the apps.

A bit disappointing.

I also have problems with updating to a new software. Any solutions?
