Q: Cannot reinstall apps in App Store with Cloud icon in Iphone 5c, iOS9.3.1

Hi All,

I have a problem reinstalling apps in my phone Iphone 5c, iOS 9.3.1. In the App store, the app is seen to be installed from the cloud which has image of Cloud icon but it won't push through the installation after I clicked it. What I don't remember is doing any strange tweaks aside from uninstalling them to free up storage. Now I cannot reinstall it Any similar experiences or solutions?

Please help. Thank you!
