Q: Temporary outages touch screen iPhone 6

I have my iPhone 6 comes with an internal memory of 64.

Most of the time when the lock screen is opened not issued any reaction from the touch screen. touch screen the lock again and wait for several seconds will be ok . This problem after updating to iOS 9.3.1 has come.
