Q: iTunes error 0xe800003 when connecting my iPhone

I have been trying to sync my iPhone with this PC for a while, but the sync button has been greyed out. I saw a discussion that said to delete the Lockdown folder and restart PC and iPhone, so I did that. Now when I connect my iPhone, iTunes gives me error 0xe800003. And every time I connect it, my iPhone asks to trust this computer. I click Trust every time, but nothing happens. I don't have this problem with another computer of mine. I am able to connect my iPhone to that one and sync it with no problem.

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3.1, Windows 10 running iTunes 12.3.3.17
