Q: Recent calls appearing on other devices, how do I stop this?

My wife and I share an iCloud account and recently we've been seeing each others calls appearing in the recent calls list on our phones (5c and 5s).

We've gone in to Settings > Phone > Calls on Other Devices and switched this off and deselected each others numbers but it's still happening. We're both on the latest iOS and cannot figure out how to stop it, gets confusing with missed calls from numbers not saved in our phone, any help would be much appreciated.
