Q: wifi hardware not installed
When starting my Macbook today I suddenly was not able to connect to wifi. The wifi-icon was greyed out, and it said that no wifi hardware was installed. Tried to run diagnostics, and suddenly it started. But, I am worried this will happen again.
A sidenote - Apple Support is not really working. The diagnostics report apparently indicated lack of power supply. Well, that was not connected. Then I setup for Apple to call me, but their strange callcenter exchange said each time when I answered that I had not answered the call and that they would try again in 10 minutes. After 3 times, I was able to stop these embarassing support calls.
And, while writing this, my MAC completely "froze" and I had to hard-reboot...
