Q: Does the SD card/USB to lightening adapters really work with importing images and videos from cameras to the iPhone now?

Does it work and if so does it import the pics into the Photos app like on an iPad? 

iPhone 6s, iOS 9.3

You can't simply plug your camera into your iPhone using the Lightning connection to transfer photos. You can import photos and videos from a digital camera using one of these:

  • Lightning to SD Card Camera Reader
  • Lightning to USB 3 Camera Adapter
  • Lightning to USB Camera Adapter
